Can a minor bone fracture heal on its own in 15 days?

A minor bone fracture will not heal on its own in 15 days and will take about 3 to 6 months to heal on its own.
A minor bone fracture is also known as a slight crack fracture that is not displaced. The healing process is the same for minor crack fractures and other types of fractures.
The fracture heals through the hematoma mechanization phase, the scab formation phase, and the scab shaping phase, respectively, and the entire process takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Due to the slight crack fracture, less damage to the surrounding blood transportation, the bone structure is intact, and there is no obvious displacement, the healing speed is relatively fast. The whole healing process is usually not less than 3 months, and healing is not possible in 15 days.
If trauma inadvertently causes a slight crack fracture, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital for regular treatment.
