For those caused by nephrotic syndrome, hormones and immunosuppressants such as dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide can be used for treatment. The above drugs should be used according to the doctor’s prescription.
2. Surgery: For patients with glomerulosclerosis, who have progressed to the end stage of chronic renal insufficiency and irreversible diseases, such as chronic glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy and other causes of renal failure, renal transplantation can be considered, which can make the patients restore normal renal function.
3. Dialysis treatment: It is applicable to those who have dialysis indication and are not eligible for renal transplantation, and it is a kind of treatment measure to effectively maintain patients’ life and improve their quality of life. Dialysis includes hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
