Commonly used drugs include ginseng, astragalus, codonopsis, atractylodes, yam, licorice, etc.
There are many commonly used herbs that have the effect of tonifying qi, only the following are introduced here.
1.Ginseng
It is one of the most important and valuable herbal medicines for nourishing qi. It is sweet, slightly bitter, slightly warm in nature, and functions as a great tonic for vital energy, educates and calms the mind, and is a good product for health care.
Research confirms that ginseng has the function of promoting the development of human cells and increasing the number of cell divisions, while American scholars believe that human cells stop dividing about 50 times, and it takes 2.4 years for cells to divide once, if they can divide 50 times, they can live up to 120 years old, because ginseng is a great tonic for vital energy, it can be commonly used for weak breathing, cold extremities, weak pulse, low blood pressure and shock. This product should not be used with quinoa, cold people should not use.
4.Party Ginseng
