How is occupational heat stroke diagnosed and treated?

1.What is high temperature work? High-temperature work refers to the production process, the average WBGT index is equal to or greater than 25 ℃, whether it is high-temperature work also refers to the actual exposure to high-temperature work in a working day (8h) the cumulative time and 8h ratio and labor intensity. If the contact time rate of 100%, physical labor intensity for IV, WBGT index limit value of 25 ℃; labor intensity grading each level down, WBGT index limit value increased by 1 ℃ ~ 2 ℃; contact time rate of each 25% reduction, WBGT limit value index increased by 1 ℃ ~ 2 ℃. WBGT refers to the wet bulb black ball temperature, is a comprehensive evaluation of human exposure to the operating environment heat load of a basic parameter, the unit is ℃. Used to evaluate the average heat load of the human body. Specific high-temperature work standards should refer to GBZ/T189.7-2007 measurement methods and GBZ 2.2-2007 occupational exposure limits for harmful factors in the workplace. High-temperature work is commonly engaged in production labor (factories, mines, farms and other open-air work such as construction, etc.), traffic patrol police, sports competitions and other personnel. High-temperature work can easily lead to occupational heat stroke. 2.What are the clinical manifestations of occupational heat stroke? Mild heat stroke: clinical manifestations are dizziness, headache, flushing, thirst, profuse sweating, general fatigue, palpitations, rapid pulse, inattention, uncoordinated movements, and other symptoms, and the body temperature rises to 38.5℃ or more. Severe heat stroke: three types including pyrexia, heat cramps and heat exhaustion, or a mixed type may occur. Among them: pyrexia (including sunstroke), also known as heatstroke hyperthermia, is characterized by sudden onset in a hot environment, with body temperature up to 40°C or more, with heavy sweating in the early stages of the disease, followed by “no sweating”, which may be accompanied by dry skin heat and varying degrees of impaired consciousness. Heat cramps are mainly manifested as obvious muscle spasms, accompanied by contraction pain. It occurs in the more active limb muscles and abdominal muscles, especially in the gastrocnemius muscle. It is often symmetrical. The spasms come on and off, and sometimes go into remission. The patient is conscious and the body temperature is usually normal. Heat exhaustion starts rapidly, mainly manifested as dizziness, headache, sweating, thirst, nausea, vomiting, followed by wet and cold skin, decreased blood pressure, heart rhythm disturbance, mild dehydration, slightly high or normal body temperature. 3.How to treat and prevent occupational heat stroke? Aura heatstroke and mild heatstroke, should quickly leave the high-temperature operating environment, to a well-ventilated shade quiet rest. Replenish salt-containing cool drinks and, if necessary, give Rindan, heat relief tablets and Huo Xiang Zheng Qi water. Prepare salt-containing cool drinks, common medicines such as Ren Dan, cool oil, Manjin Oil, anthrax, ten drops of water, Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Shui, etc. on site. Outdoor work should also prepare cool water, towels and other items. For heat cramps, take a cool drink with salt by mouth in time, and give glucose saline intravenous drip if necessary. For severe heat stroke, people should be quickly sent to the hospital for resuscitation. For those who work in high temperature, enterprises should give high temperature allowance. For occupational activities in high temperature heat stroke patients, you can apply for a diagnosis of occupational disease, and should be treated as an occupational disease during hospitalization.
