A high urine test tubular pattern usually indicates possible kidney disease. Differences in tubular pattern indicate different clinical significance. Tubular pattern is a cylindrical protein aggregation of proteins, cells and their disintegration products coagulated in the renal tubules and collecting ducts, and is the most diagnostic component of the urine sediment. The most common types of tubular pattern are clear-fine granular tubular pattern, cellular tubular pattern, granular tubular pattern, fat tubular pattern, waxy tubular pattern, and wide tubular pattern. 1. Transparent-fine-grained tubular pattern: Occasionally seen in normal urine, and may increase transiently after fever and strenuous exercise. Large amount of proteinuria, nephrotic syndrome can be seen more such tubular pattern. 2. Cellular tubular pattern: (1) Erythrocyte tubular pattern: mainly seen in glomerular acute proliferative inflammation, glomerular hemorrhage. (2) Leukocyte tubular pattern: commonly seen in pyelonephritis, interstitial nephritis, acute glomerulonephritis. (3) Renal tubular epithelial cell tubular type: seen in acute tubular injury or necrosis, etc. (4) Mixed cell tubular pattern: seen in tubulointerstitial inflammation, etc. (3) Granular tubular type: seen in all kinds of acute and chronic renal diseases. (4) Fatty tubular pattern: seen in nephrotic syndrome, fatty degeneration of renal tubular epithelial cells, etc. 5. Waxy tubular pattern: seen in renal failure. 6. Wide tubular pattern: seen in renal tubular necrosis and renal failure. If the patient’s urine test tubular pattern is high, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in a timely manner, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
