The causes of hidden pain in the right breast of women are considered to have the following aspects: the first aspect is considered to be caused by mastitis, which is usually seen in breastfeeding women, mostly due to the inability to discharge the milk in time, resulting in the stagnation of milk, or due to the bacterial growth of the nipple and the upward infection caused by the nipple. Secondly, it is considered that the patient has breast cancer. Breast cancer cells multiply rapidly, erode the local nerves, and release many inflammatory factors, so there will be pain, and the patient will be accompanied by many other symptoms, for example, the skin color of the surface of the breast is changed, or the surface is uneven, hard skin. The third aspect to consider is that the patient has suffered trauma that has caused local tissue contusion, tissue bruising, or there is tissue breakdown. The fourth aspect to consider is breast nodules, which may be affected by the menstrual cycle and experience cyclic pain.
