Atrial fibrillation refers to the loss of regular and orderly atrial electrical activity, replaced by rapid and disorderly fibrillation wave, is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmia. Fast-acting heart pills may be useful in treating patients with atrial fibrillation combined with coronary artery disease. However, in patients with atrial fibrillation alone, the therapeutic effect is very limited and does not relieve symptoms. The treatment of atrial fibrillation emphasizes long-term comprehensive management, i.e., on the basis of treating primary diseases and triggering factors, actively preventing thromboembolism, resetting and maintaining sinus rhythm and controlling ventricular rate, or giving different treatment options such as medication, surgery, or radiofrequency ablation therapy. Patients with atrial fibrillation who are not feeling well are advised to undergo regular treatment under the guidance of a doctor, and not to use medication on their own to avoid adverse consequences.
