How to treat osteoporosis

Osteomalacia without obvious symptoms usually does not require special treatment, and for those with obvious symptoms, medication or surgery can be used to alleviate the symptoms.
Osteomalacia is a manifestation of degenerative changes of bones, usually due to the aging of human bones, and is common among the elderly, heavy manual laborers, athletes and other people. If the clinical symptoms are not obvious, observation is the mainstay, no special treatment is needed, and daily attention should be paid to the combination of work and rest.
For those with obvious symptoms such as stiffness and pain in the joints, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib and indomethacin can be taken, with attention paid to the prevention of side effects of the drugs, and in accordance with the doctor’s instructions. For serious conditions, conservative treatment is ineffective, surgery can be considered.
