The organs to the lower right of the navel include the appendix, appendix, part of the small intestine, as well as the ureter, kidneys, and in female patients, the right ovary and the right fallopian tube. Therefore, if there is pain in the lower right abdomen, diseases in the above organs should be considered. Acute appendicitis, which has a particularly high incidence in the population, is an acute abdominal condition that presents with pain of a more intense nature, which is characterized by metastatic right lower abdominal pain. The early manifestations are pain in the upper abdomen, which is not very intense in nature, sometimes accompanied by nausea and loss of appetite, which many people mistake for gastritis and treat symptomatically. The pain usually shifts to the lower right abdomen after half a day and is more intense and fixed in the lower right abdomen and does not shift to other places. A blood draw at the hospital may reveal elevated white blood cells, and an ultrasound of the abdomen may reveal an enlarged appendix, fluid in the appendix cavity, or even a fecal stone. Most cases require surgery, usually laparoscopic appendectomy.
