Uneven prostate echogenicity suggests that there may be inflammatory changes in the prostate gland, accompanied by punctate strong echoes, may be a localized elevated density of the prostate gland, generally consider calcification or stones. Uneven echoes of the prostate gland, can be seen point-like strong echoes, the consideration is chronic inflammation caused by localized prostate hyperplasia or calcification. However, ultrasound alone can not confirm the diagnosis, but also need to be combined with prostate fluid examination and CT comprehensive judgment. It is also necessary to look at the patient’s symptoms, if the patient has a history of prostatitis, or a history of urinary frequency, urgency, perineal area distension and pain, it is more likely to support the diagnosis of chronic prostatitis calcification. Patients who are not feeling well need to be seen promptly for examination and early treatment.
