What does low-grade intraepithelial lesion mean?

Low-grade intraepithelial lesions are pre-cancerous lesions, only relatively mild, and it is recommended to do cervical physiotherapy, such as laser therapy, cryotherapy or microwave therapy. It is recommended to do the treatment without intercourse within 3-7 days after menstruation, and not to have sex for two months, and the healing process will take two months. Regular postoperative checkups are also recommended to see if the cervical epithelial lesions are still present and if there are any high-risk HPV infections. Cervical cancer screening is recommended once a year to detect abnormalities and prevent cervical cancer from occurring.
