White pustules on both sides of the nose. This condition may be a purulent infection, especially after the appearance of pustular acne in the area, which may form white pustules. Mostly, this is mainly due to a decrease in the patient’s immune function, or due to late nights, lack of sleep, or endocrine dysfunction, which can induce local inflammatory infections. When the inflammatory infection develops to a certain extent, a purulent manifestation is bound to form, and a white pus-like reaction may be formed. It is also possible that a follicular worm infection develops in the area and inflammatory manifestations are formed, which is mostly due to rosacea. In either case, active anti-infection treatment is required.
