What is Mixed Anaphylactic Purpura

Mixed allergic purpura generally refers to mixed type of allergic purpura. There are many types of allergic purpura. If a patient develops two or more types of purpura in addition to the simple type, it is called mixed allergic purpura. 1. Allergic purpura can be divided into simple purpura, abdominal purpura, arthritic purpura, renal purpura, mixed purpura, and other types according to the location of the lesion. If the disease involves only the skin, it is simple purpura. In addition to the simple type, if two or more of the other types are present at the same time, it is called mixed purpura. 2. In patients with mixed-type purpura, if they have abdominal-type purpura, the lesions may invade the mucous membranes of the digestive tract and the capillaries of the peritoneal organs. In the case of arthritic purpura, the lesions may invade the capillaries in the joints, leading to non-purulent inflammation of the joints. In renal purpura, the lesions may invade the glomerular capillaries, resulting in hematuria and proteinuria. Once diagnosed with mixed purpura, patients should actively cooperate with doctors to take treatment measures.
