What’s wrong with hot ears?

Fever in the ear is mainly seen in the following clinical conditions. In the first case, it occurs in children, some of whom are active, and after exercise, the blood circulation and blood flow in the end of the body is accelerated, causing the local skin temperature of the auricle to rise and the fever to appear. This kind of fever is usually symmetrical in both ears. This is a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require any treatment. In the second case, in addition to fever, the patient’s ears also show localized pain, itching, and even an increase in body temperature. This may be a sign of otolaryngitis, a clinical infection of the auricular cartilage and cartilage membrane induced by bacterial infection. In general, this condition requires anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic treatment. Some patients may also have acute eczema of the auricle, ear fever, with itchy ears and yellow water.
