Is it dangerous to snore and have apnea?

When snoring is accompanied by apnoea, the possibility of obstructive sleep apnoea hypoventilation syndrome needs to be highly suspected.
If you have this disease, it can affect your daytime work life. Patients may have daytime fatigue, drowsiness and lack of concentration, manifesting as drowsiness during meetings, watching TV, reading newspapers, or even falling asleep while eating or talking with others.
Patients often feel that sleep does not relieve their fatigue and that they do not feel awake when they wake up, and their work efficiency decreases during the day. Many patients can have reduced fine manipulation skills, memory, judgement and reaction skills, which are important causes of traffic accidents such as car accidents in our country.
