Zolmitriptan is suitable for use in people with migraine headaches with or without aura. If symptoms persist or recur within 24 hours, a second dose remains effective. If a second dose is required, it should be taken at least 2 hours apart from the first dose. Zolmitriptan is well tolerated and adverse reactions are mild (mild), transient, and resolve spontaneously without treatment. The most common adverse reactions include occasional nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, warmth, weakness, and dry mouth. However, this medication is contraindicated in some populations. Contraindications: It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to zolmitriptan or its components, as well as in patients with uncontrolled blood pressure. People with caution: it is not recommended for patients with hemiplegic, or basilar migraine. It should not be used in patients with symptomatic Parkinson’s syndrome with other cardiac arrhythmias associated with cardiac bypass conduction. It is not recommended for patients with ischemic heart disease and hepatic impairment. It should also be used with caution in nursing women and children. This drug is a prescription drug and must be used under the supervision of a doctor to regulate the use of medication, and must not be used blindly on its own to avoid delays in the condition of the patient.
