Cinnabar under the pillow for a long time is harmful to the human body, mainly because of the misuse of cinnabar may lead to cinnabar poisoning.
Cinnabar is the sulfide mineral cinnabar family cinnabar, of which the main component is mercury sulfide (HgS), is not recommended to put under the pillow.
