What are the symptoms of febrile convulsions?

The main clinical symptoms of febrile convulsions are as follows: 1) the child may show symptoms such as sudden eye straightening and falling, and the child does not respond after being called, which is clinically called not to call; 2) some children may show symptoms such as salivation, cyanosis, shivering of limbs, incontinence, etc., which are easily detected by parents; 3) symptoms such as fainting and sudden syncope are less common clinically. If a child has fever with loss of consciousness, abnormal limb movements, and stiffness of the limbs, the child should be kept in a lateral position to avoid regurgitation of gastric contents leading to aspiration.
