Tinnitus in the right ear cannot be judged as a harbinger of any disease. Many diseases can present with tinnitus symptoms, which may be Meniere’s disease, vascular diseases such as abnormal carotid artery pulsations, and acoustic neuroma compressing the auditory nerve.
1. Meniere’s disease: Meniere’s disease is a peripheral vertigo disease. After the disease, the membrane labyrinth in the inner ear will become watery, resulting in increased pressure in the inner ear, and dilation of the cochlea and the balloon, which leads to tinnitus symptoms.
2. Vascular diseases: Vascular diseases often cause tinnitus, such as carotid artery abnormal pulsation, increased intracranial pressure and jugular vein bulboma, which can cause tinnitus.
3. Auditory neuroma: Tinnitus is usually manifested in the early stage, which is caused by the compression of the auditory nerve and vestibular nerve by the auditory neuroma. It can also manifest as hearing loss.
