It usually takes about 3-6 months for the eyes to fully recover after laser surgery. Usually, useful vision can be obtained on the second day, and the vision can usually reach 1.0 or above, most of them will not have obvious discomfort and their normal life will not be affected. Some patients are unable to achieve vision above 1.0 on the first day after surgery, and most can achieve vision above 1.0 in 3-5 days or about 1 week, with a recovery time of 1-2 weeks for the surgical wound. In the early postoperative period, it is not recommended to look at electronic products, such as cell phones, computers and TV. Prolonged use of electronic devices can easily cause visual fatigue and dry eyes, which is not conducive to eye recovery. Pay attention to rest and apply anti-infective or anti-inflammatory medications strictly according to medical prescriptions, and do not stop using medications without authorization to avoid complications such as eye infection or refractive regression. Avoid splashing water into the eye when washing the face or hair in the early postoperative period, as this may lead to corneal infection or aggravate inflammation. After surgery, you should eat a light diet and avoid smoking, alcohol, and spicy and irritating foods.
