The cold is a self-limiting disease, and some patients with strong resistance may be cured even without medication. Cold is mainly a viral infection and usually occurs after a sudden change in climate or a cold. Clinically, it is mainly characterized by nasal symptoms such as sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose or cough, coughing, phlegm, sore throat, itchy throat, and in some cases, high fever, chills and headache. If the symptoms are severe, oral anti-cold medication can be taken. If the symptoms are not serious, they can heal on their own. However, it is important to drink plenty of warm water and take rest, and keep the air in the room circulating.
