The tendon pain may be caused by the following reasons: First, it may be caused by a transient overworking of the upper limb, which is often seen when the patient overuses the upper limb and does excessive exercise, which causes muscle and tendon fatigue in the upper limb, and the patient may feel tendon pain when trying to exert force again. Secondly, it may be caused by the strain of the upper limb, such as the patient in the process of intense exercise, the upper limb was passively strained, it may cause the muscles and tendons of the upper limb to be strained, then the patient will have the above symptoms. Thirdly, it may be caused by strain lesions of the upper limbs, such as inflammation of the tendon stops in the upper limbs, or tendinitis, which may lead to tendon pain in the process of force.
