Symptoms of a displaced or dislodged ureteric double J-tube

Ureteral double J-tube, i.e. ureteral stent tube, may present with hematuria, low back pain and frequent urination after displacement or dislocation. 1. In the process of displacement or dislocation of ureteral stent tube, due to the friction between the ureteral stent tube and the ureter, resulting in capillary rupture, hematuria may occur, usually throughout the hematuria, the color of which is usually light red. 2. After displacement or dislocation of the ureteral stent tube, due to poor drainage, hydronephrosis and dilatation of the ureter may occur, resulting in lumbar pain and discomfort, which is usually persistent distension or paroxysmal colicky discomfort. 3. After displacement or dislocation of the ureteral stent tube on the bladder stimulation is obvious, may appear frequent urination, urinary urgency and other obvious bladder irritation symptoms, some patients, such as the combination of infection, may also appear urinary pain, fever and other discomforts. Avoid strenuous activities during the indwelling ureteral stent tube, should follow the doctor’s instructions for regular review, if any discomfort, go to the regular hospital in a timely manner, do not be negligent, so as not to delay the condition.
