Water in the ear during bathing: Due to the tortuous internal structure of the external auditory canal, it is difficult for water to flow out accidentally, resulting in a dull feeling in the ear. Generally, no special treatment is needed. Tilt your head to the side where the water enters, and the water will flow out in a short moment. 2. Eczema of the external auditory canal: a polymorphic dermatitis that occurs in the external auditory canal caused by a variety of internal and external factors. Acute eczema, redness and swelling of the affected area, scattered erythema, corn-grain papules, small blisters; rupture of the papules, yellowish secretion. 4. Purulent otitis media: middle ear infection with tympanic membrane perforation, there may be secretion outflow, the secretion is sometimes relatively thin, and it feels like there is water in the ear. 5. Secretory otitis media: It is a non-purulent inflammatory disease of the middle ear mainly characterized by middle ear effusion, hearing loss and tympanic membrane integrity. When the head moves, there can be air over water sound in the ear, and it feels like there is water in the ear.
