How to train for dysarthria

Dysarthria is a speech disorder caused by various reasons, which can be trained through lip and tongue movement training, starting from simple Chinese characters and working from slow to fast methods.
1. Lip and tongue movement training: Lips and tongue movements can be trained repeatedly in front of a mirror, including opening and closing the lips repeatedly, lifting the tongue, tilting the tongue to the left and to the right, and extending and retracting the tongue.
2. Simple to complex: In voice training, first train simple Chinese characters, be patient and active, and say “ah”, “额”, “一”, and other simple words repeatedly every day. When you have no difficulty in pronouncing simple characters, you can gradually deepen the difficulty of training, such as first, two and other multi-pinyin combinations, and repeat the training.
When the pronunciation of single words is almost finished, you can train words and sentences, and resume normal communication step by step.
3. From slow to fast: training to words, sentences, you can take your time, first single-word pronunciation, and then in the original basis of a sentence, do not rush, should emphasize the clarity of language.
Rehabilitation is a long-term process and should be carried out under the guidance of a professional doctor.
