What are the conditions for taking methylcobalamin?

Patients with peripheral neuropathy need to take Mecobalamin.
Methylcobalamin, also known as Vitamin B12, is used in patients with peripheral neuropathy as it is involved in blood production and nerve repair.
Commonly treatable conditions include polyneuritis, trigeminal neuralgia, neuritis with abnormal liver function, facial nerve palsy, sciatica, herniated intervertebral discs, hematopoietic impairment due to radiation and chemotherapy, and nerve injury.
The adverse reactions of this drug are gastrointestinal reactions, patients occasionally experience loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, patients with a history of allergy to methylcobalamin are prohibited from taking this drug.
It should be noted that if the drug is ineffective for more than a month, do not continue to take it and change the drug in time. Patients need to follow the doctor’s instructions to use the drug.
