How to get the stones out of your throat on their own

Throat stones mostly refer to tonsil stones, which in some cases can be expelled by gargling. If they cannot be discharged on their own, they need to be treated by a doctor in a timely manner.
Throat stones for those with tonsil stones are caused by recurrent episodes of tonsillitis that lead to fibrosis of the crypt orifices and obstruction of drainage. The shed epithelium and bacterial debris, i.e., food debris or secretions, collect, and calcium salts secreted by the posterior salivary glands are deposited there or the tissue undergoes degenerative calcification and forms a caseous material.
Smaller stones can be dislodged by gargling with borax, chlorhexidine and furacilin to help them to be squeezed and washed out. If the stone cannot be dislodged by this method, it should be removed by a specialist with the help of professional instruments after medical consultation. If the stones are large and not easy to remove, or if they occur frequently and cause discomfort, surgery to remove the tonsils may be considered.
When stones are found in the throat, you can actively consult a doctor for a systematic examination and standardized treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
