Cold stomach to the touch may be caused by spleen and stomach deficiency in the middle jiao.
According to Chinese medicine, the coldness of the spleen and stomach in the middle jiao is mostly due to the aggravation of the patient’s spleen deficiency over a long period of time. Or due to overeating cold food, too much bitter cold medicine, external cold direct injury to the middle jiao, and then damage to the spleen yang and become.
