Laxative is the trade name of Belladonna Sulfadiazine Tablets, and its dosage is as follows: oral, 2-5 years old, 1-2 tablets at a time; 5-12 years old, 2-4 tablets at a time, twice a day; 12 years old and above, 2 tablets at a time, the first day of the dose 3 times, and then 2 times a day. A course of treatment is 3-5 days, continued use should be under the supervision of a physician. Belladonna Sulfobenzidine Tablets is a compound preparation containing sulfamethoxazole, methotrexate, and belladonna running cream. It is a sulfonamide broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, sulfamethoxazole and methotrexate have synergistic antibacterial and bactericidal effects. Clinically the drug is used for the treatment of chronic bacillary dysentery caused by dysentery bacilli and enteritis caused by other sensitive pathogens. There are adverse reactions such as headache, nausea, skin flushing, fatigue, drug rash and exfoliative dermatitis after using the drug. Prohibited in patients with macrocytic anemia, pregnant and lactating women, newborns and infants 2 months of age, severe hepatic and renal impairment, patients with glaucoma, high intraocular pressure, patients with tachycardia, patients with enlarged prostate, patients with pyloric obstruction. Use with caution in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers and heart failure; drink plenty of water during the use of the drug.
