Requirements for scanning thickness shall not be greater than 3mm, the calculation matrix shall not be greater than 2.5mm, for the head parameter requirements are higher. 2. Radiotherapy: i.e. conventional radiation therapy, the requirements are relatively lower than those of Gamma Knife, but accurate positioning, plan design and implementation are still required. Comparatively speaking, Gamma Knife treatment is more demanding, and the number of hospitals performing Gamma Knife treatment is less than that of radiation therapy. Which treatment to choose depends on the patient’s condition and tumor, and the doctor will make a comprehensive judgment after eliminating the contraindications.
