Can you recover from a cardiac ejection value of 41?

Cardiac ejection fraction of 41% can be recovered in a small number of patients with aggressive anti-heart failure treatment, and most patients cannot return to normal. Normal cardiac ejection fraction is more than 50% to 60%, ejection fraction 41% suggests that there is cardiac insufficiency. Only a small number of patients, such as acute tachyarrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency caused by a sharp rise in blood pressure, after diuretic, vasodilator, positive inotropic drugs, ejection fraction can be restored to normal. Most patients, such as hypertensive heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, ischemic cardiomyopathy, and cardiac ventricular structure have been altered and the heart is significantly enlarged. Although the cardiac function will be improved by cardiotonic, diuretic, and vasodilator, chest tightness and shortness of breath, and edema symptoms will be relieved, the ejection fraction will be elevated, but not returned to normal. The ejection fraction of the heart is not fixed, and can be improved as the heart function improves, and needs to be treated actively according to the medical advice before it can be restored.
