There is no fastest way to restore blood pressure. Treatment of low blood pressure usually starts with finding out why it occurs with pressure-raising treatments such as rehydration and medication. 1. Low blood pressure that occurs as a result of injury and blood loss: the injury can be repaired. Repairing the injury and replacing the lost blood (e.g., with a blood transfusion) will stop the low blood pressure. 2. Taking medications that affect blood pressure: If hypotension occurs after taking antihypertensive or vasodilator medications such as isosorbide mononitrate, the dose of the medication should be changed or the medication should be stopped altogether. 3. If unexplained hypotension occurs: unexplained hypotension can be treated directly. Direct treatment of hypotension can usually be achieved by increasing blood volume, i.e. fluid resuscitation; vasoconstrictor drugs such as epinephrine. If hypotension occurs, blood pressure should be closely monitored, and if dizziness occurs, you should go to the hospital immediately.
