Endometrioid adenocarcinoma infiltrating greater than 1/2 is classified as stage Ib, and the need for further treatment after surgery needs to be evaluated based on the presence or absence of high-risk factors in the patient. High-risk factors include: age greater than 60 years, deep myometrial infiltration of the tumor, lymphovascular interstitial infiltration, low differentiation, and high-risk tissue types. Patients with these high-risk factors were given postoperative radiotherapy. After surgery, a combination of clinical examination, postoperative staging, and prognostic risk factors is needed to standardize treatment under the guidance of clinicians.
