Bowel cancer stools can have various colors, due to the bleeding of cancer, there may be at least two colors when blood is mixed with stools, because the degree of damage of the disease is different, so the color of stools has deviation. 1. Mixed yellow and red: when the cancerous tumor of bowel cancer is in a low position, and there is a slight breakage of intestinal mucous membrane which leads to bleeding, there may be fresh blood strips or blood clots in the stools, which may easily form yellow stools with red or dark red color. 2. In high grade bowel cancer with severe bleeding, tarry black stools may appear.
