After minimally invasive hip arthroscopy cleanup surgery, there is usually no recurrence. Hip arthroscopy is a type of treatment for certain diseases of the hip joint (e.g., synovitis of the hip, labral tears, ischemic necrosis of the femoral head). For example, if there is synovitis in the hip joint and the symptoms do not return after conservative treatment, the excess synovium can be removed through minimally invasive methods. Bursitis in the hip joint is a condition in which the bursa becomes irritated, causing inflammatory edema and an increase in fluid production. After surgical removal of the bursa in this case, the symptoms of bursitis will gradually recover and there will be no localized bursa, so there is usually no recurrence in the later stage. It is recommended to try to move the lower limbs as actively and passively as possible when lying in bed after the surgery to reduce the risk of lower limb thrombosis, and moderate turning will also reduce the appearance of decubitus ulcers.
