Why cirrhosis can’t be detected

Cirrhosis of the liver is not all undetectable, only that some patients with cryptogenic cirrhosis have difficulty in explaining the occurrence of cirrhosis with currently recognized diseases. There are more than 10 known causes of cirrhosis, and hepatitis B virus is still the main cause of cirrhosis in China. In addition, fatty liver disease, cholestasis, circulatory disorders, parasitic infections, immune disorders, drugs or chemical poisons, genetic metabolic diseases such as copper metabolism disorders, hemochromatosis and so on are all causes of cirrhosis. Generally, we can inquire the cause of cirrhosis through history taking and auxiliary examination. Generally, before the above causes are screened, the conclusion of cirrhosis of unknown etiology is seldom given, so as not to delay the causative treatment of cirrhosis patients. If a patient suffers from cirrhosis, he/she should go to the hospital for consultation and treatment in time, and cooperate with the doctor to conduct relevant history taking and auxiliary examination, so as to avoid delaying his/her condition and causing serious consequences.
