There is no fastest way to recover from stenosis. Usually, in emergency situations, the narrowed blood vessel is dilated and a stent is inserted through an interventional procedure, followed by medication. Stenosis generally refers to the narrowing of arteries caused by atherosclerosis. When the stenosis is not serious and does not cause obvious symptoms, it can be treated with medication; when the stenosis is serious and there is ischemia and hypoxia in the area supplied by the artery, interventional surgery is feasible. 1. Pharmacological treatment: statins can be used to lower blood lipids and stabilize plaque, such as atorvastatin; antiplatelet drugs, such as aspirin, clopidogrel, anti-platelet aggregation; anticoagulant, such as warfarin, heparin and so on, if necessary. 2. Interventional surgery: when the stenosis is serious, the catheter is sent to the diseased vessel through the femoral artery or radial artery, the balloon is used to dilate the lesion and a stent is put in to support to reduce the degree of narrowing of the lumen. After the procedure, antiplatelet drugs and statins are used to prevent restenosis.
