Astragalus Stewed Chicken

Astragalus is a Chinese herb that is stewed with chicken as a nourishing medicinal dish, which has the effects of generating fluids, nourishing blood, tonifying qi and reducing swelling.
Astragalus is a qi tonic, sweet and slightly warm in nature, and belongs to the lung and spleen meridians. It has the effects of tonifying the center of the body (treating qi deficiency by replenishing the spleen), elevating the yang and benefiting the guards, replenishing qi and nourishing the blood, and supporting toxins to generate muscles (expelling toxins and promoting muscle growth and wound healing).
In cases of blood loss caused by a deficiency of the spleen that cannot control blood, astragalus can also tonify qi to regulate blood. Note that astragalus should not be used when sores are new, or when toxic heat is still present after ulceration.
Chicken is rich in nutrients, rich in vitamin E, vitamin C, rich in protein, easy to digest and absorb.
Astragalus chicken soup can alleviate symptoms such as lung, spleen and qi deficiency, spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by sweating with slight movement), shortness of breath, and sores that are difficult to ulcerate, but it does not achieve therapeutic effect, so if the symptoms are very serious, go to a professional hospital for treatment.
