Blood in urine may be caused by acute cystitis, bladder stones and bladder tumors.
1. Acute cystitis: mainly caused by pathogenic bacterial infection, at the end of urination, due to the closure of the urethral sphincter and the bladder neck closure, which will lead to local mucosal hemorrhage, and then make the patient appear urinary blood sporadic symptoms.
2. Bladder stones: mainly due to malnutrition, metabolic abnormalities and lower urinary tract obstruction, etc., when the patient urinates, the impact of urine will make the stones move, which may cause local damage, thus the phenomenon of blood in urine with sporadic urination occurs.
3. Bladder tumor: it may be caused by smoking, long-term exposure to industrial chemical products, if the patient’s tumor invades the mucous membrane layer or muscular layer of blood vessels, resulting in blood vessel rupture, which will make the patient appear urinating blood sometimes and sometimes.
When the patients have blood in urine sometimes or sometimes not, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time for examination and treatment.
