Frequent farting during exercise may be caused by normal physiological phenomenon, gastrointestinal diseases and other reasons. 1. Normal physiological phenomenon: If you take too many potatoes, soy products, radish and other gas-producing foods before exercise, you may experience frequent farting during exercise due to the accelerated gastrointestinal peristalsis during exercise; and if you open your mouth and inhale too much air during exercise, you may also experience frequent farting during exercise. All of the above are normal physiological phenomena. 2. Gastrointestinal diseases: When gastrointestinal dysfunction, constipation, enteritis and other gastrointestinal diseases occur, intestinal gas accumulates, and frequent farting during exercise may also occur. If the symptoms of frequent farting during exercise occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination and treatment.
