Two-cancer screening refers to the screening of breast cancer and cervical cancer. Having intercourse one day before the screening has no effect on breast cancer screening, but it will affect cervical cancer screening, so it is recommended that the screening should be done at a later time.
1. Breast cancer screening: for general risk women, breast ultrasound examination can be conducted once every 1~2 years; for high-risk groups, breast ultrasound combined with mammography or even breast MRI should be conducted every year.
2. Cervical cancer screening: cervical cytology is the most common and effective screening method for cervical cancer, often combined with HPV screening to improve the diagnostic accuracy. During the examination, menstruation should be avoided, vaginal drug insertion and vaginal douching should be avoided 2 days before the examination, and coitus should be avoided 24 hours before the examination.
At present, the state attaches great importance to the screening of two cancers, which plays a significant role in the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and cervical cancer, and female friends should also pay attention to it and take responsibility for their own health.
