What are the oral thrombolytic drugs

There are no oral preparations of thrombolytic drugs currently in clinical use. Commonly used thrombolytic drugs include urokinase, streptokinase and alteplase. Thrombus is a small piece of blood clot formed in the blood vessel, generally composed of insoluble fibrin, deposited platelets, white blood cells, red blood cells and other components, can occur in the arterial vasculature, venous blood vessels and cardiac chambers. When the attached wall thrombus is dislodged, it can circulate with the blood, causing local vascular blockage, causing tissue ischemia, hypoxia and necrosis, and triggering the disease. Currently used thrombolytic drugs are mainly fibrinolytic drugs, which can make fibrinolytic zymogen transformed into fibrinolytic enzyme, and then through the degradation of fibrinogen and fibrin, to limit the thrombus to increase in size and dissolve the thrombus. Currently commonly used include streptokinase, urokinase, alteplase and so on. Currently, there is no oral preparation of thrombolytic drugs, and they are mainly injected intravenously to exert their thrombolytic effect. Thrombolytic drugs can cause local hematoma and bleeding in internal organs, and should be used under close monitoring. Thrombolytic drugs should be used under the guidance of professional doctors, and it is recommended to consult a doctor in time for reasonable and standardized treatment.
