How to read the MRI liver cancer report card

MRI liver cancer report card mainly looks for the presence of T2 high signal, T1 low signal and fast-in-fast-out imaging manifestations. Typical features of liver cancer in MRI plain scan are T2 high signal and T1 low signal, while the signal of arterial stage mass will be obviously strengthened and stronger than the surrounding liver tissues in the enhancement scan, while the signal of portal stage mass will be obviously lower than the surrounding liver tissues, i.e. the enhancement of “fast-in-fast-out” MRI performance. After getting the MRI report card of liver cancer, it is recommended to consult a professional doctor for professional interpretation of the report card and further confirm the diagnosis by combining with other examination results and clinical symptoms, etc. Do not take the report card literally. Do not speculate on the basis of the literal meaning of the report, but confirm the diagnosis and treatment under the guidance of your doctor.
