Snake String Sores can be treated with Gentian and Liver Dispelling Soup, Dampness Removing and Stomach Ling Soup, and Peach Red and Four Substances Soup. 1. Liver meridian heat depressing evidence: manifested as bright red skin lesions, burning and stinging pain, accompanied by heartburn and irritability, stool dryness, etc., with gentian diarrhea liver soup plus subtraction treatment, medicinal use of gentian grass, gardenia, scutellaria baicalensis, chaihu, raw rhizoma geophylloides, zedoary, angelica and so on. Spleen and stomach deficiency and cold and yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang are not suitable for gentian diarrhea liver soup. 2. Dampness of spleen deficiency: manifested as light-colored skin lesions, mild pain, accompanied by abdominal distension, dullness (no appetite, reduced food intake), loose stools (thin and unshaped feces), etc., with the addition of Dampness Removing and Gastro-ling Soup plus subtractions for treatment, with the use of Cangzhu, Houpu, Chenpi, Poria, Zedo, Poria, Baiyao, slippery stone, etc.. If fire is the main cause, it is not suitable to use Dehumidifying Stomach Ling Tang.
