According to its symptoms, neurasthenia can be categorized as depression evidence and insomnia in Chinese medicine. 1. 3. Qi Depression and Phlegm Stagnation: mainly characterized by mental depression, chest distension and fullness, distension and fullness of the chest and ribs, and a sense of foreign body in the throat.
4. Loss of mental and spiritual nourishment: mainly manifested as mental trance, restlessness, suspicion, easy to be frightened, sometimes sad, sometimes sad, temperamental, etc..
