A white patch of skin on the front of the neck may be related to vitiligo, pityriasis alba, and florid chaff rash.

The actual coloration is usually milky white, or light pink, and the surface is smooth and rash-free. It occurs on the face, upper arm, neck and other places.
3. maculopapular furuncle: the cause of the disease is considered to be caused by pathogenic bacteria, heredity and environmental factors, mainly manifested as dotted, flaky patches of white, brown and reddish color, commonly found on the neck, chest and other places.
