Usually, Chinese pills for women to replenish qi and blood mainly include Wu Ji Bai Feng Pills, Ding Kun Dan and Si Jun Zi Wan. 1. Wu Ji Bai Feng Pills: The main ingredients of Wu Ji Bai Feng Pills include Wu Ji (dehairing and clawing intestines), deer antler gelatin, vinegar turtle shells, angelica sinensis, and white peony. Moderate use of Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan can achieve the effect of replenishing qi and nourishing blood, improving menstruation and abnormal leukorrhea. It is used for the treatment of emaciation, lumbar and knee weakness, irregular menstruation, and leucorrhea caused by deficiency of qi and blood. Its adverse reactions and contraindications are not yet clear. 2. Dingkundan: The main ingredients of Dingkundan are antler, red ginseng, white peony, angelica and so on. These herbs are used in the treatment of irregular menstruation, abdominal pain during menstruation, blood leakage (excessive menstrual flow or more than a few drops), red and white leucorrhea, and tidal fever (a burst of heat, feeling that the heat comes from inside the bone to the outside) caused by deficiency of qi and blood, stagnation of qi and blood stasis, and other conditions. Its adverse reactions and contraindications are not yet clear. Avoid cold, greasy and stimulating food when taking this product; stop taking it when you have a cold or flu. 3. Sijunzi Pill: Sijunzi Pill refers to the pills made of ginseng, licorice, poria, atractylodes and other traditional Chinese medicines. Ginseng has the effect of benefiting qi, licorice has the effect of harmonizing the spleen and stomach, atractylodes macrocephala and poria have the effect of strengthening the spleen, and these herbs have the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen. It is used for symptoms such as deficiency of spleen and stomach qi, poor appetite, and loose stools (scanty and unformed feces), and is a basic agent for tonifying qi. Its adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear at present.
