What to do if you have a pimple on the inside of your nose

Pimples inside the nose may be a sign of nasal boils, which can be treated by topical application of anti-infective ointment or drainage of pus.
Nasal boils are caused by plucking nose hairs, digging the nose, or traumatic injury to the nasal vestibule or external nasal skin. When there is a bacterial infection, there will be a limited bulge inside the nose to form a nasal boil, and a yellowish-white pus spot can be seen on the top of the boil when it matures.
For unpurulent boils, anti-infective drugs such as mupirocin ointment can be used externally, and antibiotics such as cefixime can be taken orally if necessary.
For pus-filled nose boils, you can wait for them to burst on their own or ensure aseptic operation, use a sterilized needle to puncture the head of the pus, so as to drain the pus, or use a sharp knife to puncture the head of the pus and then use tweezers to clip out the pus plugs, and pay attention to the prohibition of squeezing. Afterwards, pay attention to local disinfection, apply antibiotic ointment such as erythromycin ointment on the breach to prevent wound infection.
If you have pimples on the inside of your nose, it is recommended that you go to a regular hospital in time for standardized treatment under the guidance of a doctor. The above medications should be used in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, do not self-medicate.
