How to rehab a hamstring injury

Rehabilitation exercises for popliteal muscle injury include passive stretching training, active stretching training, isotonic muscle strength training and so on.
1. Passive pulling training: after acupuncture, massage treatment, passive stretching, the patient lies flat on the bed, the operator holds down the healthy side of the knee with one hand, and the injured side of the lower limb of the ankle with the other hand, and then do the passive lifting of the injured limb, and pull it to the maximal pain tolerance level of the patient.
2. Active pulling training: after simple squatting or walking in the afternoon every day, the patient should kick the right and left legs alternately, and then kick the right and left legs alternately for many times, and then do the second group after resting for a while, using the step-by-step procedure, the height of kicking is not required at the beginning, and with the alleviation of the pain and hardness of the knots, the number of groups and the height of kicking will be increased gradually.
3. Isotonic muscle strength exercises: focus on strengthening the muscle strength of the thigh anterior and posterior muscle groups, training isotonic training, supplemented by static horse stance exercises, quadriceps and resistance training to exercise the posterior femoral muscle groups.
