Can you eat the dendrobium?

Dendrobium can be eaten i.e. taken, the general method of taking includes decoction, soaking water, powdered punch and so on.
Dendrobium is one of the common Chinese medicinal herbs, made from fresh or dried stems of cultivated Dendrobium and its cognate plants of similar species in the orchid family; Dendrobium is sweet, slightly cold, and belongs to the stomach and kidney meridian; Dendrobium is a medicine for supplementing the deficiency, and it is mainly with the efficacy of benefiting the stomach and generating fluids, nourishing yin and clearing up the heat, and it can be used for treating the symptoms of heat disease and injury to fluids, dryness of the mouth, and yin deficiency with fire, and so on.
Dendrobium has the effect of sweet tonic and convergence of evil and dampness, so it is not suitable for those who have warm heat disease, stomach cold or dampness temperature (warm disease caused by feeling dampness and heat) and have not been dry.
Dendrobium is recommended to be taken under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine doctors and should not be taken by oneself to avoid delaying the condition.
